After the suspension of classes yesterday for the primary and secondary levels because of the Tropical Depression, Feria, classes has been resumed today. Feria developed exactly after the anniversary of typhoon Frank and this has cause a lot of worry for the Ilonggos. They feared that what happened last year migth happened again but it is good that there is no serious incident that happened. It is true that now, the Ilonggos are more vigilant and alert because of the lessons that they have learned when typhoon Frank hit Iloilo City.
